Changing/Canceling an order

Bee Happy Clothing strives on delivering orders 100% accurate and quickly.  Therefore, once an order has been placed we are unable to change or cancel the order.  Please ensure you verify your items and all information before the order is placed.

Returns

Bee Happy Clothing’s Non-Defective Product Return Policy and Information

Bee Happy Clothing must be notified within 7 calendar days of receipt for a return to be approved.

A return authorization (RA) number provided by Bee Happy Clothing must be included with the returned product.

No product may be returned without a RA number – NO EXCEPTIONS.  Refunds will not be processed to unauthorized returned product.

Returned product must be in original new condition (non used, non washed & non embellished).

Refunds will be processed once the authorized returned product has been received by Bee Happy Clothing – Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer for the return of non-defective product.

The return shipping address will be provided with the RA number.

 

PRE-ORDERS

All pre-order/seasonal products are NOT refundable and CANNOT be returned UNLESS the product is defective. These seasonally products are special ordered and we do not stock them.  We only order based on what you order.

When you buy from Bee Happy Clothing we protect your privacy. We do not sell or exchange customer information. We’ve established procedures to protect your privacy when purchasing via the Internet. On occasion, you may receive an e-mail from us to communicate information regarding your order or to let you know about our products.
CUSTOMER AGREES THAT USE AND PURCHASE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT CUSTOMER’S OWN RISK. SERVICES/PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ‘AS IS’ WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY , ACCURACY OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

THIS DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, DEFECT, NEGLIGENCE OR UNDER ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION. CUSTOMER SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGES THE SERVICE IS NOT LIABLE AND THE RISK OF INJURY RESTS ENTIRELY WITH CUSTOMER.NEITHER THE SERVICE NOR ANY OF ITS AGENTS, AFFILIATES OR CONTACT PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE/PRODUCTS OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY. CUSTOMER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT ON THE SERVICE/PRODUCTS.

Bee Happy Clothing will not be responsible or liable for any injuries that may incur from its product.

Product Returns

Shipping Information

  • All orders are shipped from Victoria, British Columbia Canada
  • Most orders are shipped within 1 – 3 business days, Monday – Friday. Please note that we do not ship on all Federal Holidays.
  • Shipping rates are based on the total weight of the package and any additional handling fees.
  • If we happen to make a mistake on your order we are truly sorry.  We will correct your order right away by shipping it out UPS Priority.  PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NOT OVERNIGHT ANY PACKAGES.
  • Most packages are shipped UPS or Canada Post.
  • We ship Internationally – shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Express shipping is available at the cost and request of the customer.
  • Bee Happy Clothing is not responsible for lost, stolen or re-routed shipments
  • PLEASE make sure your address is correct on your PayPal account and on our website.  Bee Happy Clothing is not responsible for package delays or lost packages.  Any orders that are returned to us due to the fact that the incorrect shipping address was wrong will incur additional shipping charges.
